“Both movie world and Wet'n'Wild had issues with the pass and getting in. took an hour at each park to get in because of this. they claimed it wasn't real and tried to make us repay for each park. very unprofessional and rude staff at the parks. we wasted 2 hours of our day trying to get into parks. I don't understand why this is a problem as this is an official pass, something needs to be done to make it easier to get in and inform the staff at said parks so they are aware of this pass.”
