The attendant told us sure, that they would keep an eye on it and that it was under camera. When we came out the backpack was not there. The staff were unable to address this, even after 90 minutes they still had no camera footage and did not apologise. All 4 of us searched the area and found the backpack after 35 minutes (another group took it). The staff did not help us at all, just stood in place and…”
